Water Management Solutions

This site had an extremely high water table due to a neighboring pond with subsurface leaks, that resulted in standing water on the site even in dry conditions.  We installed a subsurface drain system along with a surface interceptor drain at the property line.  Re-graded the site to divert surface water, then finished, seeded and applied straw to the site.

Driveway Maintenance

This driveway was the the original construction driveway, which had been neglected for several years.  Much of the driveway was below grade, which caused standing water and puddling.  We cut the drive down to base stone & straightened it, removing the potholes.  We reshaped the crown and placed 60 tons of stone, building the driveway up above grade, allowing for full drainage. 

Concrete & Demolition Services

This began with the demolition and removal of an existing deck structure.  We then excavated the area and placed and compacted 20 tons of base stone to bring the patio up to the desired grade.  Formed and poured the 20'X24' patio and steps.  A concrete buggy was utilized to minimize the impact to the property.  The patio and steps were finished with a light broom fini
